AMS Policies > Returned Goods
ALL REQUESTS FOR RETURN AND CREDIT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) FORM WITH AN ISSUED RGA NUMBER BY ADVANCED MEDICAL SALES. ALL OTHER RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.
- Pharmaceutical products may only be returned which were purchased from AMS, and AMS has authorized the return.
- Evidence of purchasing from AMS must be substantiated in the form of an invoice copy.
- All items for return must appear on a completed RGA form with an authorization number and AMS management signature.
- AMS will accept returned products due to mis-shipments, mis-orders, recalls, and damages under the following conditions:
- The return is made under proper storage and handling requirements.
- The return is made within 5 working days of the delivery.
- The return is accompanied by a completed AMS RGA form.
- The return has the RGA number on the outside of the box.
- A damaged return is accompanied by a delivery receipt showing all damages.
* An RGA number must be assigned by AMS prior to returning product.
